Georgia CUPAC/CULAC are the state and federal political action committees (PACs) for credit unions. Contributions to Georgia CUPAC/CULAC are not tax deductible for federal income purposes and are distributed in a 60/40 split between the two PACs. Contributions are strictly voluntary and you have the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. Contributions from individuals outside of the solicitable class will be returned. Federal election law requires us to report the name, address, occupation and/or name of employer for individuals who contribute $200 or more in a calendar year.

Full payment must be received no-later-than April 13th.
DISCLOSURE: Georgia Credit Union Services, Inc. reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any exhibitor or sponsorship that it deems is not in the best interest of GCUS, GCUA its subsidiaries or its members. GCUS reserves the right to require references from an exhibitor or sponsor and require full payment at the time of acceptance of the exhibitor or sponsorship application. Any special requests must be received in writing via email for consideration.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be submitted in writing and/or email. There will be no refunds for exhibit space after receipt of submitted contract, unless GCUA can lease the space by April 13th. If the space is leased by April 13th, 50% of the original booth fee will be refunded to the company. There is no refund for additional representative fees. There is no refund after April 30th for Georgia CUPAC Golf Tournament green fees. Substitutions accepted at any time.

REGISTRATION: Any exhibitor registration received after March 15th cannot be guaranteed their company information will be placed in any printed annual convention communications.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS: Booth assignments will be made approximately 4 weeks prior to the convention at the sole discretion of GCUA.

HOTEL POLICY: All hotel reservations are made on a first come/first serve basis. If you need to cancel your room, the Westin's room cancellation policy is 72 hours in advance without penalty. Any reservations cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice will incur the appropriate nights' penalty. Additionally, the courtesy of advance notice of cancellations will be appreciated by other credit union representatives who are on a waiting list for rooms. Lastly, guests checking out prior to their check-out date will be assessed one night's room charge plus applicable taxes and fees.

Hotel Registration

At this time, the GCUA Room Block at the Westin is full. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list for a room, please e-mail us with your credit union or company name, names of attendees and dates requested. We would suggest you consider booking an alternate hotel room in case we cannot accommodate your request. Thank you for your patience. See you in Savannah!
